Bojangles Launching Alcoholic Sweet Tea

Bojangles and Boone-based Appalachian Mountain Brewery launch new hard sweet tea

Two iconic Carolina companies teamed up to create the new Bojangles hard sweet tea, which will be sold in gas stations and grocery stores across the Carolinas this March.

Tea fans this is your legendary moment. Bojangles is launching an alcoholic sweet tea. Yes, that’s right, your favorite Bojangles tea you know and love will now be available with a kick. It’s a partnership with Appalachian Mountain Brewing and will be available this spring in 16 oz cans. The brewery posted the announcement this morning on its social media pages and fans are loving this. Comments include “this is an NC collab if I’ve ever heard of one”.  Flipeasy says “I’ll rim my glass with Bojangles fry seasoning”.  Others can’t believe it, experience_Raleigh said “Not gonna lie. I had to look at the calendar and see if it was April 1.” This is not April fools though. No word on the exact release date, but there is a good chance you’ll be able to drink one on April 1st.
